SHIPPING – CANADA AND USA ONLY
Eau Zone will ship product upon payment approval.
The cost and delivery time of shipping may vary depending on the destination, as well as product availability.
The delivery time is calculated as of the date of departure from Eau Zone offices.
Product shipping within Canada is handled by Canada Post. No shipping will be made to Nunavut, North-West Territories and Yukon.
Product shipping within the USA is handled by UPS. No shipping will be made to Alaska , Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
No delivery shall be made to a post office box or military base.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase, product must be unopened and unused and that the packaging has not been damaged.
