We currently accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards .
We currently do not accept other payment methods.
Will the name SHUNGA Erotic Art appear on my credit card statement?
No. Eau Zone Oils & Fragrances, the name of the parent company of SHUNGA Erotic Art brand, will appear on your credit card statement.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Depending on the state or province where you are ordering from, sales tax will automatically be calculated during the checkout process before submitting your order.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed it takes 3 to 5 business days for it to be processed internally and shipped to you. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by SHUNGA, or our shipping partners.
Delivery time then depends on your location. You will receive the tracking number for your parcel from our customer service department so you can keep track.
All packages are shipped from Canada.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
We can’t make any promises ! However, if you find yourself in a situation where you would like to cancel or make a change to your order we ask that you contact our customer service [email protected] right away.
Once the order is processed and shipped we cannot make any changes to the order or address. In most cases, if the order cannot be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.
How do backordered items work?
Our system will not keep backorders. Any items that are not available will be reimbursed to the method of payment used before the package is shipped out. You will also be notified by email.
Can I place my order over the phone?
For safety and privacy purposes, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept an order over the phone.
How will my Shunga products be delivered?
Given the nature of the products, our deliveries are very discreet. We use standard brown boxes with no printing. The brand name SHUNGA does not appear on any shipping labels.
Which shipping partners do you use?
We use Canada Post for packages shipped within Canada.
We use UPS for packages shipped to the Unites States.
Where can you ship? Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to Canada and USA only.
Exceptions in U.S. : we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
Exceptions in Canada: we do not ship to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? Military bases?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O boxes or military bases and require a full street address for package delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping at this time. We currently have a flat rate of $9.95 CAD and $9.95 USD for all orders.
What is your return policy?
Except for the Intimate Massagers that are finale sale, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase, product must be unopened and unused and the packaging must not be damaged. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and reason of return. Shipping cost of product returns is the customer’s responsibility.

What if an item is defective?
If an item is defective upon delivery we ask you to contact customer service at [email protected] with your order number, reason of defect, pictures, and LOT number of the product. We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis. Refund or exchange is possible depending on the issue at hand.
Which products are edible?
Are your products hypoallergenic?
While all our products are made with the finest quality ingredients, we always recommend that users carefully read the list of ingredients and test a small quantity of a product on their skin prior to application. Certain users can be more sensitive than others to certain ingredients contained in our products.
Do any of your products contain gluten?
We are very sensitive to gluten allergies, which is why we can ensure that none of our products contain any.
Can your products contain traces of nuts/peanuts?
We can ensure that none of our products have come into contact with nuts or peanuts, as no nuts of any kind are processed in our installations.
How long can I keep a product?
Can I use your products with Adult toys? Even the Toko SILICONE?
Do you conduct animal testing when developing a product?
Absolutely not! All of our products go through a rigorous testing phase but none that include testing on animals.
Can your products safely be used during pregnancy?
As the female body undergoes numerous changes on many different aspects during pregnancy, we always recommend seeking a doctor’s opinion before using our products.
Can I use Aphrodisiac Oil for a massage?
Our Aphrodisiac Warming Oil is not made for massages. It should be used in drops to create a sensation of body heat when you gently blow on the area where the oil has been applied. It is ideal when you want to tease your partner with your tongue since it is edible and tastes delicious.

What is the difference between silicone-based and water-based lubricants?
Silicone based lubricants are extremely long lasting and waterproof, which makes them ideal for use in the pool, Jacuzzi or shower. This lubricant is especially silky smooth but can stain delicate sheets or clothing so you need to be extra careful.
